WORKSHOP NO. 3 COLD

The HOT - ROLLING WORKSHOP No. 3 contains the following main facilities:

• Cold rolling pilger mill HPT250 with a capacity of 10000 t/year, is used  for precision tubes with outer diameter between 90÷210 mm;
• Cold rolling pilger mill LAPIR 50 with a capacity of 5000 t/year, is used  for precision tubes with outer diameter between 20÷38 mm;
• Cold rolling pilger mill LAPIR 75 with a capacity of 6000 t/year, is used  for precision tubes with outer diameter between 20÷60 mm;
• Cold rolling pilger mill SKW 75 with a capacity of 7000 t/year, is used  for precision tubes with outer diameter between 20÷60 mm;
• Cold drawing - bench 150 t force (made in Romania);
• Continuous furnace;
• Straightness machines;
• Cutting-off machines;
• Ultrasonic inspection installation;
• Test pressure machine;
• Bevelling machine.
